This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys guiding clients remotely and managing the full transaction process with confidence and clarity. You’ll have access to reliable lead sources, strong leadership, and a support system designed to help you succeed.
Our approach is simple: we combine consistent coaching, proven outreach strategies, and modern tools to help you build traction quickly—while earning rewarding commissions and developing a focused client niche.

Compensation:
$165,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Convert pre-qualified leads
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
- Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Set appointments
- Sales talk mastery
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Coachable
- Good communication
- Sales experience
