The Technical Field Representative is responsible for conducting on-site inspections of installations for warranty issuance, claim investigations, two-year, and transfers. Conduct contractor installation training seminars.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience with an Associate's degree or High School diploma, with previous industry-related work experience and licensure or certification will be considered. RRO accredited, or willingness to apply. Prefer a minimum of five years roofing or similar industry experience. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Google email and MS Word is necessary. Will need to successfully complete OSHA fall training course. Reliable personal transportation is required. Must maintain good driving record. Must be eligible to travel to
Canada.
