Position Summary
*Provide quality cleaning service that exceeds expectations in a school setting. Ensure a positive work environment with the teachers, students and staff.
Work Schedule & Compensation
*Monday thru Friday, approximately 2:30pm to 7:00pm.
*Starting wage $14.50-15.50/hr based on experience.
*Paid Weekly – direct deposit.
*Paid Holidays
*Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90-day training period..
Position Qualifications
*Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
*Must be an effective communicator with the team, supervisors and clients
*Must be legal to work in Greene County, MO.
*Must be able to pass a criminal background check and complete Virtus Training.
*Must be bondable/insurable.
*Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
Position Competencies
*Attention to detail.
*Work efficiently without supervision once training is complete.
*Accept guidance and instructions on job duties.
*Able to work year-round outside of major holidays.
Physical Demands
*Stand / Walk / Sit.
*Reach Outward and Above Shoulder.
*Crawl / Bend / Squat or Kneel.
*Lift / Carry up to 25 pounds.
*Push / pull up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
*Physically active for up to 4 hours at a time.
*Work around dust.
*Work with various cleaning chemicals.
