FAMILY MEDICINE PROVIDER for new opening at PCHC Capitol Hill Clinic

This clinic has recently expanded to increase patient access in the heart of Providence, RI

We offer a rewarding opportunity to practice in a weekday outpatient primary care clinic serving a culturally diverse patient population. Lead your team – a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant – to provide quality care regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. Collaborate with integrated behavioral health clinicians, specialists, community health advocates, other providers, and medical leadership.

• Our in-house specialty providers, on the same EMR, include Optometrists, Podiatrist, Dentists, Dermatologist, Nephrologists, Rheumatologist and Asthma-Allergy Specialists.
• Optional opportunities for urgent care, newborn rounding, community outreach, and teaching
• Care teams include Integrated Behavioral Health clinicians, Nurse Case Managers, and Community Health Advocates
• Each provider has a dedicated RN and dedicated medical assistant

PostiRequirements:

• For Family Physician, BC-BE, with an interest in community health and patient-centered care
• For Family Nurse Practitioner; RN and Family Nurse Practitioner training from accredited college or university; 5 years of primary care FNP experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care
• Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Bilingual and multi-cultural skills highly valued but not required.
