Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing Environment
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Type: Contract-to-Hire (on behalf of our client)
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our client in the manufacturing industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a stable first-shift schedule and competitive hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously

Assist with shipping documentation and logistics coordination (shipping experience is a plus)

Maintain accurate records using ERP or CRM systems

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Familiarity with shipping processes and documentation

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems
