Job Details
Nurse Practitioner:
The Nurse Practitioner will conduct in-home assessment and evaluations to chronc care patients.
* $15K Sign-on Bonus
*Flexible work schedule
* Paid Mileage
Qualifications:
* Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
* Prefer 3 or more years clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Adult/Internal Medicine, Geriatric care or related
* Active OR License or ability to gain licensure
* Driver's license in good standing
* BLS Certified
