What Youll Do
- Diagnose and repair all types of vehicles, from daily drivers to full-blown performance builds
- Perform upfitting and fabrication tasks, including suspension mods, lighting, and drivetrain upgrades
- Handle routine maintenance tasks: brakes, oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, etc.
- Conduct thorough inspections of suspension, steering, brakes, engines, and drivelines
- Use shop software and tablets to build estimates, log findings, and communicate clearly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of hands-on mechanical or fabrication experience
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
- Strong attention to detail, personal pride in your work, and good communication skills
- Experience using shop software and digital tablets preferred
- ASE or SAE certifications are a plus, but not required to start
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a tight-knit team
