We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis in Crossville, Tennessee. This role requires a well-rounded HR expert capable of handling employee relations, policy implementation, and key processes such as onboarding and corrective actions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the termination process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Oversee the corrective action process, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
• Facilitate onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that align with organizational goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Provide advice and support to management on HR-related matters and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures to educate staff.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs.

• Proven experience in human resources administration, including employee relations and policy management.

• Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
