We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a fast-paced Manufacturing facility in Tracy, CA. The primary mission of this role is to maximize production uptime by swiftly and effectively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical equipment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Execute all assigned daily checklists and complete corrective maintenance work orders efficiently and accurately.
- Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery, minimizing downtime.
- Electro-Mechanical Expertise: Apply strong skills across various disciplines, including Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Welding.
- Inventory & Documentation: Identify and accurately account for necessary parts, ensuring proper inventory control for all parts removed.
- Safety & Quality Focus: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship on all repairs.
What You'll Bring (Key Requirements)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Electro-Mechanical Mastery: Vast experience and strong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems (up to 480V a plus).
- Automation & PLC: Proven experience with PLC troubleshooting (ability to read logic and diagnose faults) and maintaining automation machinery.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous operation.
