Job Title: Insulation Installer (Framers are Encouraged to Apply)
Job Description
Join our team as an Insulation Installer, where you will contribute to providing high-quality insulation services across residential and commercial projects. Working hours are from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Your day will begin and end at the office, where you will receive your work orders and report back after completing assignments.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of insulation including fiberglass, cellulose, wall spray cellulose, spray foam, blown-in, and batt insulation.
- Work on new construction and retrofit projects, ensuring proper insulation techniques are applied.
- Specialize in insulating historic homes using tailored methods.
- Provide insulation solutions for commercial and residential projects.
- Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, fitting, and installation tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting and other physical labor tasks as required.
- Follow instructions accurately and maintain strong attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a construction general laborer role.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, electrical, and reading blueprints.
- Familiarity with inventory management.
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
