Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is a leading provider of broadcast managed services. This role will oversee the company wide implementation of BMGs. Artificial intelligence strategy. This position as a leading expert in AI will work with each manager to bridge the gap between the business need and AI capabilities, driving efficiency and innovation through the strategic application of artificial intelligence technologies. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and business acumen.

They will collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop the strategy and vision for AI in every aspect of business operations.This role collaborates with leaders in marketing, sales, executive management, communications, development, and client teams to design, implement, and continuously improve the use of AI companywide.

This role will serve as the face of AI, acting as a change agent and proponent for enterprise AI capabilities and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision:
  • Define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI initiatives, aligning them with overall business goals
• Project Management:
  • Manage AI projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation and risk management.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor AI teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Technical Oversight:
  • Ensure the technical feasibility and quality of AI solutions, overseeing data collection model development, and deployment.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including, accounting, project management, operations, engineering, sales and marketing, to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Performance Evaluation:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, optimizing them for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ethical Considerations:
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
• Trend Analysis:
  • Stay up to date on the latest AI technologys, trends and best practices. -

Qualifications & experience

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data science principles.

• Project Management
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Leadership Skills:
  • Ability to motivate and manage teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovations.
• Business Acumen:
  • Understanding of business strategies, market trends, and the ability to identify opportunities for AI Solutions

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
