Machine Operator – Molding

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to set up and operate molding machines to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• • Set up and operate molding machines and auxiliary equipment
  • Load materials and monitor machine performance and cycle times
  • Inspect parts for quality using measuring tools (calipers, gauges)
  • Record production data, including output and scrap
  • Perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments
  • Assist with mold changes and report equipment or quality issues
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with molding machines (injection, compression, or blow molding) preferred
  • Basic mechanical and manufacturing knowledge
  • Ability to read work orders and use inspection tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
