Our client, a nationally recognized hospital pioneering compassionate end-of-life care for adults with advanced cancer and life-limiting illnesses, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Key Responsibilities
- Deliver palliative care services to terminally ill adult patients across inpatient and community settings
- Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on continuity of care alongside fellow NPs
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, holistic care
- Support patients and families through symptom management, advanced care planning, and end-of-life decision-making
Qualifications
- Current NP license in New York State
- Certification as a Palliative Care NP strongly preferred
- Will consider AGNPs (preferred) and FNPs with relevant experience
- New graduates welcome to apply if experienced in oncology, hospice, or palliative care as an RN
