Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Liberty, New York (Sullivan County)
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Overnight – All Shifts Available
Job Summary:
As an LPN in a skilled nursing environment, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents. This position offers a great opportunity to build clinical experience in a supportive, team-based setting with consistent shift options and excellent pay.
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide routine and emergency nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Accurately document resident status, progress, and observations
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about elder care
