Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Manager to drive new business growth and manage existing customer relationships with proven leadership and strategic sales experience.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with strong communication skills, a passion for relationship building, and experience in B2B, retail, or e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while prospecting and closing new business opportunities.

Build strong, long-term relationships with retail and distribution partners.

Present products, solutions, and promotional opportunities to key customers.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs to maximize profitability.

Process all required documentation and process sales orders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.

Monitor sales performance and provide forecasts and insights to leadership.

Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2+ years (Account Executive) or 5+ years (Sales Manager) experience in B2B, retail, or e-commerce sales.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Familiarity with consumer goods, retail, or online marketplaces is a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Physical/Mental Requirements and Work Environment
This position is primarily sedentary working in front of a computer in an air-controlled environment. Frequent use of eyesight, fingering, and ability to sit for long periods is required. Mental capability is required to analyze, think, process information, and make sound logical decisions and judgments. Travel is required to trade shows and client visits, occasionally.
