About Coeur d'Alene Resort:
Our resort is known for luxury and exceptional hospitality, including a bakery that delivers fresh, mouth-watering treats. We are looking for a skilled Baker to prepare breads, pastries, and desserts with care and creativity.
The Role:
As a Baker, you will mix, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods to meet high-quality standards and support our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes

Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods consistently

Decorate and finish products with attention to detail

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area

Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For:

Previous baking experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and passion for quality

Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed

Team player with a positive attitude

Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations
