Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to all who enter our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain calendars for staff
- Provide information to callers and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Professional appearance and demeanor
