Job Description: Production Planner (Temporary Position)
Location: Louisa, VA
Duration: March 2025 – December 2025
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (On-site)
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (No candidates above $20/hour will be considered)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Production Planner to support our team in implementing a new SAP system. This temporary role will require strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate data management and process execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform consistent and repetitive data entry with a high level of accuracy.

Utilize Excel for data organization, reporting, and analysis.

Assist in SAP system implementation by supporting data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a focus on project goals.

Ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage data.

Excellent data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Previous experience in production planning, data analysis, or administrative support is a plus.

This is a fully on-site position in Louisa, VA.

No travel is required.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
