We’re seeking a compassionate and committed School Psychologist (holding or eligible for licensure through the Colorado Department of Education) to join a collaborative and student-focused school team in Boulder County, CO for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an in-person W2 contract positions offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Details:
- Location: In-person (hybrid or remote options are not available)
- Schedule;: Part-time, 28 hours per week
- Grade Level: Elementary
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct mental health services to students with mental health needs identified on their IEPs, including individual counseling, group sessions, and social skills development.
- Support the development and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide crisis support as needed within the school environment.
- Conduct evaluations in the social-emotional domain and participate in IEP development and documentation.
- Deliver both direct and indirect services for students requiring interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Valid or eligible Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license as a School Psychologist.
- SSP – Special Service Provider certification required.
- Demonstrated experience providing school-based counseling, evaluations, and behavioral interventions preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for supporting student success and emotional well-being.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
