Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Aurora, CO, is seeking a dedicated school psychologist to provide comprehensive support for students across elementary and middle school levels. This full contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on student well-being and academic success during the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for students from elementary through middle school
  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to students individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student development
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention when needed
  • Manage a caseload split between two buildings, requiring effective organization and communication

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license for K-12 education
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations in school settings
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and child development
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to manage responsibilities between two school buildings

Location: Aurora, CO
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
Contract Length: August 11, 2025 May 28, 2026
