Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support to students from kindergarten through 7th grade during the 2025/2026 school year. The role is based in Washington, DC, within a K-12 educational setting, focusing on pediatric speech and language services.
Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy sessions tailored to the needs of approximately 40 students. You will collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care that supports each student's communication development and academic success.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in healthcare and pediatric speech-language pathology
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or current CFY status
- Familiarity with school-based SLP services and K12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
