We are excited to grow our practice, as we welcome our new doctor in January 2026! Our dental family is growing — and we’re looking for an amazing Patient Care Coordinator to help lead the charge!

What You’ll Do
As our Dental Office Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice — helping us deliver five-star care and seamless patient experiences. You’ll:
- Manage and optimize the daily schedule to keep the practice flowing smoothly.
- Oversee the full A/R life cycle, from treatment planning to insurance aging to collecting date of service.
- Present treatment plans with confidence and compassion, helping patients understand their financial options.
- Support the doctor and clinical team by keeping systems organized and efficient.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and help our community grow.
- Bring ideas, energy, and positivity every single day!
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental front office or management experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance, billing, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — you’re a people person who loves helping others succeed.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A passion for patient care and building something truly special.
