Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do:

As a Cryptologic Cyber Planner 3, you will be a key contributor to strategic and operational cyber planning efforts that directly support Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community missions. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop innovative cyber and intelligence strategies, drive mission-focused initiatives, and support interagency coordination that advances national security objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the development and execution of cyber-related strategic and operational plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and interagency working groups to align planning efforts with mission requirements.
  • Engage in external mission support, including field assignments, customer coordination, and participation in joint duty assignments (JDAs).
  • Contribute to mission success through innovative approaches in cyber operations, collection, and intelligence analysis.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to planning methodologies and mission integration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community missions in cyber, intelligence, or collection disciplines.
  • Strong background in strategic and/or operational-level planning (e.g., joint operations or interagency planning).
  • Proven ability to engage with external stakeholders, including cross-agency collaboration and field support.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Education and Experience:

Minimum qualifications based on education level:

  • Doctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience
  • Associate’s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is acceptable

Certifications:

  • Not required however, certifications related to cyber planning, intelligence, or project management are a plus (e.g., CISSP, PMP, GCPM, CGRC).

Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role
