Do you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations at apartment communities.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing efforts
- Manage resident files, leasing paperwork, and rent collections
- Help organize community events and resident retention initiatives
- Maintain low delinquency and assist with move-outs and evictions
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous on-site property management experience required
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Dependable transportation and a can-do attitude
- Team player with a professional, customer-first mindset
