We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can be the voice of our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC business - and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
- Stay organized, even when things get busy

Dispatch our awesome field techs and keep jobs flowing

Schedule service calls with accuracy and confidence

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, and support marketing efforts

What We're Looking For:

Prior CSR or dispatching experience (preferred, not required)

Comfort with computers and scheduling software (bonus points for ServiceTitan!)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
