Robert Half's HR Solutions team is seeking an HR Coordinator for our dynamic and growing client in the Avondale Estates, GA area. The HR Coordinator will primarily be responsible for administering benefits, streamlining the onboarding process, and executing special projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can effectively manage the assigned tasks. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.


Responsibilities:


• Administering and coordinating employee benefits

• Streamlining the onboarding process for new hires

• Managing special projects as assigned

• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records

• Providing resolution for any HR related inquiries

• Monitoring and taking appropriate action on employee accounts

• Processing applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Communicating effectively in both Spanish and English.

• Demonstrated experience in onboarding new employees, including facilitating orientation and training sessions.
• Proven ability in benefits coordination, including managing enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
• Proficiency in benefits administration, including maintaining employee benefits records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees and management.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to details.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Detail oriented certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
