Maintenance Technician | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment failures.
Install, commission, and de-commission new and existing production machinery.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including industrial control systems.
Proficiency in PLC diagnostics, programming, and repair.
Experience with industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting.

Bonus Qualifications

Advanced PLC programming and modification experience.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG).
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
