ComResource is looking for a Help Desk Desktop Analyst.
We need someone to assist in providing hands-on support for PC/Mac systems, software deployments, and user troubleshooting in a distributed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and support PCs, Macs, and related peripherals.
- Package and deploy applications using SCCM, JAMF, Intune, or AirWatch.
- Support application rollouts for both corporate and retail locations.
- Provide Tier 1–2 desktop support and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Maintain documentation, inventory, and support processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve endpoint management and efficiency.
Essentials:
- 1+ years of experience providing PC/Mac desktop support.
- Experience with SCCM, JAMF, Intune (Endpoint Manager), or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Desired:
- Experience supporting users in a large distributed enterprise.
- Familiarity with application packaging and deployment processes.
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems.
