Description of the role:

We are currently seeking a Collision Center Parts Person to join our team at BMW of Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and organizing parts inventory for our collision center while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Ordering, receiving, and organizing parts inventory

- Providing accurate estimates for repairs including parts and labor costs

- Working closely with collision repair technicians to ensure parts availability

Requirements:

- Experience in automotive parts management preferred

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

- Competitive compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour paid bi-weekly

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook

  • Receive Parts from our Parts Department

  • Deliver parts to Technicians

  • Mirror Match parts to assure accuracy

  • Order and Receive Parts using CCC ONE

  • Able to communicate clearly with staff

  • Stock shelves

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts cart(s)

  • Clean and maintain the Collision Center area

  • Drive the Parts Truck

  • Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Valid PA driver's license

  • Clean driving record

  • Detail oriented

  • Able to lift-up to 50lbs
