Reports to the General Manager

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000

Our Install Manager plays a key role in managing and overseeing installation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and to client satisfaction. Their duties and responsibilities typically include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule installation activities.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available for the project.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Provide updates on project progress and timelines.

• Assign tasks to installation teams or technicians.

• Monitor team performance and resolve issues as needed.

• Maintain accurate project records, including work orders, schedules, and permits.

• Prepare and submit progress reports to management or clients.

• Document any changes to project scope or requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the installation process.

• Proactively identify potential delays or risks and develop contingency plans.

• Promote and enforce safety protocols on job sites.

• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with the completed work.

• Coordinate any necessary adjustments or maintenance after installation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Knowledge of installation processes, tools, and equipment is a plus but not required, willing to train.

• Proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Install Manager experience is a plus.

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
