Job Summary:
Engineering support for United Stated Coast Guard (USCG) Engineering support for United Stated Coast Guard (USCG) Domestic Icebreaker (DOMICE) Program Management Office (PMO).
Education and Experience:
- Active Professional Engineer's License in either NAME (Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering) or Mechanical Engineering
- PM Level II or equivalent certification
- At least ten (10) years demonstrated experience with Government vessel design, construction, and repair with primary focus on marine engineering, machinery control systems, auxiliary systems integration and systems engineering.
- Experience performing detailed design and analysis in order to evaluate planned engineering changes in support of major shipbuilding acquisition (DHS/USCG Level 1, DoD ACAT I or equivalent) and repair projects.
Essential Duties:
- Technical Management Services including, but not limited to, all services related to engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, naval, and systems)
- Systems engineering activities including preparation, coordination, and execution of technical reviews, meetings, artifacts, and documents

- Special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, and engineering principles
The projected salary range for this position is $115,000-$150,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
