Responsibilities

  • Comply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store
  • Keeping space organized and clean
  • Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business

  • Scheduling and tracking hours

Qualifications

  • Clear/articulate English speaker
  • Previous retail management experience is preferred
  • Competent point-of-sales and payment skills
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to do fittings for tailoring
  • Tailoring/Seamstress knowledge
  • Briadal alteration knowledge
  • Ability to pickup/move heavy, long, dresses
