Job Summary - LONG TERM TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
Our client, a well-respected leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team for a long-term project that will last a year, possibly longer. This role is key to keeping their executive offices running smoothly while providing top-notch service to clients—many of whom are based in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with office technology, and bring a professional yet approachable personality to the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
- Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and reviewing documents.
- Keep the office organized and running smoothly.
- Work closely with team members to support daily operations.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is required.
- Native Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply to better serve Latin American clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
