Job Title: TIG and MIG Welder

Pay Rate:$20.00 to $28.00 per hour, with potential for more based on experience.

2 Shifts available:

Swing Shift: 3:30 pm to 1:30 am, Monday to Thursday

Day Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday

Job Title: Welder Master of Molten Metal (Sheet Metal Division)
Pay: Based on Experience (Translation: If youre good, well treat you good)

Love sparks flying? Like turning boring sheets of metal into strong, beautiful things that wont fall apart? Are you the kind of person who judges movie welds and yells thats not how you TIG! at the screen? Coolso are we.

Were on the hunt for a Welder Extraordinaire to join our misfit team of metal benders, spark slingers, and fabrication fanatics. If youve got steady hands, sharp eyes, and a mild addiction to symmetry, read on.

What Youll Do (aka, How Youll Earn Your Keep):

  • Melt metal together with skill and swagger using MIG (and hopefully TIG too)
  • Interpret blueprints like theyre your morning comic strip
  • Yell hot! at least once a day and mean it
  • Help turn sketches and cutouts into finished parts that actually fit
  • Inspect your welds to make sure they look as good as they hold
  • Help us keep the shop cleaner than your average teenagers bedroom
  • Occasionally nod knowingly while holding a welding hood for dramatic effect
  • Work with a team that runs on caffeine and mutual respect

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of welding experience or enough talent to fake it until you make it
  • A strong handle on MIG welding (TIG experience = brownie points)
  • Ability to read blueprints without flipping them upside down
  • A sixth sense for straight lines and solid weld beads
  • Arms strong enough to lift 50 lbs and the stamina to stay vertical all day
  • Common sense and a healthy respect for fire, sparks, and gravity
  • Welding certs are cool, but we care more about clean work and solid skills
