Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: OR - Operating Room
• Discipline: RN
• Start Date: 12/01/2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

• 3+ years of current OR experience in a hospital or medical center setting (outpatient experience does not substitute).
• Strong proficiency in Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic procedures required.
• Level I Trauma Center experience required.
• Prior travel experience required — no first-time travelers. Must have completed at least one travel contract within the past 12 months.
• Scrub experience required, including open-heart scrubbing.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Must have experience in a variety of surgical cases beyond CVOR/Cardiac, such as:
  • Neuro
  • Ortho/Trauma
  • General
  • GYN
  • Pediatrics
