Summary/Objective: Responsible for preparing physical documents for digital scanning, operating printing/scanning equipment, and ensuring the integrity and quality of digital images.
Essential Functions:
· Prepare documents for scanning. Remove staples and unnecessary pages.
· Ensure that all file documents pertain to the correct employee.
· Operate scanner to convert physical document to digital format.
· Perform review of digitized documents to ensure clarity and completeness.
· Accurately name scanned files using existing file naming protocols.
· Ensure all documents are handled with care to preserve condition and confidentiality.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
· Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
· Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed by uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Position type and expected hours of work: Part-Time. 24 hours per week. Schedule is flexible.
Required education and experience: High School Diploma.

· Experience with operating computer systems and office equipment, particularly scanners and printers.
· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Must understand importance of handling sensitive and confidential information.
