Summary
High-impact labor & employment practice serving Florida employers with complex disputes and counseling. You’ll litigate and advise across discrimination, retaliation, and wage-hour matters. Success favors a Florida-licensed attorney with 2+ years’ employment law experience and sharp research/writing.

What You’ll Do
Litigate discrimination, retaliation, and wage-hour claims from intake to resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
Advise employers on policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR issues.
Develop employee handbooks, agreements, and workplace policies.
Conduct trainings and internal workplace investigations.
Manage deadlines, budgets, and case strategy with partners.
Use practice-management and research platforms to drive efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdiction matters.

What You’ll Need
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active Florida bar license, in good standing.
2+ years labor & employment experience.
Working knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state laws.
Proven litigation skills: research, drafting, discovery, and advocacy.
Clear, concise communicator with strong client-service mindset.
Tech-savvy with practice systems, portals, and legal databases.
On-site presence in Sarasota; full-time, in-office role.
