Job Summary: To meet with customers in their homes to inform, offer, and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to consult with the customer to fix their home comfort problems.
Work Hours: 40 hours a week, overtime as needed.
Pay Scale: Base salary plus commission on the sale.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Minimum 5 years of prior sales experience
- HVAC background or sales experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and self-manage
- Customer service knowledge with strong follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great listening skills
- Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
