Job Title: RN – Home Health
Location: 1503 Quentin Rd, Lebanon, PA 17042 (Ephrata County; may cross county lines if patient care requires)
Shift:
- Day 5x8 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Every 4th weekend rotation
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Education: ASN or BSN
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum experience required (not specified numerically)
- RTO: Maximum 7 days
- Floating: May cross county lines if necessary for patient care
Scheduling Notes:
- 40 hours/week
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
- No time off approved between Christmas and New Year
- Weekend rotation every 4th weekend with comp day
Additional Information:
- Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
- May care for COVID patients
- No call requirements
