Job Summary
- Plans, directs, or coordinates health care practice (answering phones, scheduling, ensuring task completion)

I am seeking an extroverted, positive personality to help assist our practice in communicating with patients and building our brand.
Full time in person with potential to be partially remote in the future
General Accountabilities
- Schedules new and followup patients, ensures testing is complete, performs preauthorizations, assists with billing
- Maintains awareness of advances in medicine, computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment, data processing technology, and other related fields.
- Monitors the use of services, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assesses the need for additional staff, equipment, and services.
- Develops and maintains computerized record management systems to store and process data and to produce reports.

Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree

outstanding people skills
strong social media ability
understands how to use chatGPT or equivalent
good at traditional forms of communication with people (phone calls and in person)
comfortable with software to create and post videos
able to use Powerpoint, Excel, Word and other softwares
preferred:
experience with HIPAA
experience with electronic health records (especially Modernizing Medicine)
