Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who is performance-driven, strategic, and ready to help expand our firm’s visibility online.
Responsibilities:· Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Bing, YouTube).· Implement and monitor SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and local SEO for legal keywords).· Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools.· Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure site functionality and lead conversion.· A/B test landing pages and ad copy to drive qualified case leads.· Coordinate with our intake team to ensure lead quality and follow-up.· Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly ROI-focused reporting.· Stay up to date on legal advertising guidelines and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications:· 3+ years in digital marketing; law firm or agency experience preferred.· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and local SEO best practices.· Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is a plus.· Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS understanding.· Comfortable with lead generation metrics and ROI tracking.· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.· Knowledge of legal marketing ethics and compliance is a major plus.
