Come and join our Epic Team! We are hiring.

Currently searching for an experienced Quality Control for our local warehouse in Nazareth.

The Quality Control is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves inspecting materials, parts, and products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.

• Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformances and report findings to the QC Supervisor or Production Manager.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and test results.

• Collaborate with production staff to communicate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and applicable safety regulations.

• Calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper maintenance of quality tools.

• Participate in internal audits and assist with quality improvement initiatives.

• Help enforce a zero-tolerance policy for recurring quality violations or safety hazards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

• Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions:

• May require standing for long periods and working in environments with varying temperatures.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Must adhere to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
