Major Duties:

Strong communication and listening skills to interact with both guests and teammates

Professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine
-
Interpret guest’s desires and provide recommendations
-
Ensuring accurate accountability of food & beverage sales to each guest
-
Ensuring that bar area is properly inventoried and stock for the following shift

Base knowledge and understanding of the culinary menu

Keeps an efficient work pace that allows guests at the bar and in the dining room to be satisfied at all times

Have a general knowledge and understanding of Delaware Department of Health for food safety standards

Enjoys providing great hospitality
Qualifications:
-
Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
-
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
-
2+ years’ experience working as a bartender
-
Ability to work nights, weekend, and holidays
-
Ability to multitask and take direction in high volume situations
-
Must possess Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card
-
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
