Licensed Counselor – Virtual Outpatient Behavioral Health (Arizona Residents Only)
Location: Remote Within the State of Arizona | Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire | Sign-On Bonus Available

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Licensed Counselor to provide virtual outpatient behavioral health services to individuals across Arizona. This role allows you to serve your community from the comfort of home—while remaining connected to a highly collaborative and supportive team.
About the Role
As a Licensed Counselor, you will empower clients on their recovery journey through:
• Facilitating virtual group therapy sessions
• Providing individual telehealth counseling services
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating client-centered treatment plans
• Completing timely, accurate electronic documentation
• Supporting team members and contributing to quality care initiatives
• Ensuring clients remain fully engaged in their treatment goals

Schedule
• Monday – Friday, 8AM–5PM
• 100% remote telehealth services (within AZ)

Requirements
• Must reside in Arizona and maintain an active AZ license:
?LMSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, or LMFT
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis, or substance use treatment preferred
• Confident leading virtual groups and supporting a diverse client population
• Strong boundaries, teamwork mindset, and a heart for mission-focused care
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms

Pay Details: $53,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
