Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Food Service Director to take charge of a very important account for us. Prior experience in overseeing multiple outlets as well as substantial expertise with banquets and catering is needed. Comes with a six-figure base salary and substantial benefits. 
 
Food Service Director Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensure special event calendars are in place on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.</li>
<li>Identify and recommends new sales and revenue opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the District Manager regarding client communications and the retention process.</li>
<li>Develop a business plan and budget for the unit with the District Manager.</li>
<li>Coach and counsel associates and managers as needed, provide continuous performance feedback, and apply appropriate development tools to assist in their individual growth.</li>
</ul>
Food Service Director Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in a similar role</li>
<li>A college degree is preferred, but not required</li>
</ul>
