Responsibilities

  • Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
  • Provide remarkable service for retention
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Be able to discover gaps in insurance customers' plans during calls, address gaps in coverage - Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
  • You'll be responsible for answering any customers questions or concerns about coverage, policy changes, and billing deadlines.
  • Discover additional needs and be able to quote, cross sell these existing clients, and develop new clients to quote and sell our Farmers Insurance products. Or when appropriate, refer to another team member or agent.


Requirements

  • Insurance Producers Licenses (Property/Casualty - Life/Health) required
  • Licensing must be obtained prior to start date ( licensing reimbursement available after 60 days of employment)
  • Insurance Agency experience preferred
