Job Description
We are seeking a Plumbing Foreman to join our team! Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise and Lead a team of plumbers and plumbing assistants.</li>
<li>Manage plumbing projects from initiation to completion.</li>
<li>Insure all Plumbing work complies with Industry standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Develop and Implement maintenance and service schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients to understand fulfill their plumbing needs.</li>
<li>Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections to insure quality and safety</li>
<li>Resolve any issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.</li>
<li>​Qualifications:</li>
<li>Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and schematics</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent; Additional certifications in plumbing are a plus</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Plumber and in a supervisory role</li>
<li>Strong Understanding with Plumbing systems and codes</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and project management skills</li>
