Believeland Landscaping & Snow Removal is a locally owned and growing company serving Northeast Ohio with over 100 five-star reviews. We specialize in landscaping, snow removal, and power washing—and we’re looking to expand our team for the rest of the 2025 green season and into the upcoming winter season.

If you’re motivated, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity for steady, year-round work with room to grow.

Pay & Benefits

• $800–$1,200 per week (based on experience)

• 4-day work weeks available

• Weekly W2 paychecks

• Uniforms + gear allowance provided

• Earned vacation after one year of employment

• Opportunity for year-round employment (landscaping + winter services)

Landscaping Responsibilities (Green Season)

• Install and maintain landscapes (mulching, planting, trimming, etc.)

• Apply materials such as mulch, gravel, pavers, and plants

• Operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, edgers, and other equipment

• Work as part of a crew on a variety of outdoor projects

❄️ Winter Responsibilities (Snow Season)

• Plow Crew: Operate trucks/equipment to clear commercial & residential lots and driveways

• Sidewalk Crew: Shovel, snow blow, and apply de-icing materials to walkways and entryways

• Be part of an on-call, fast-paced team to keep our clients’ properties safe and accessible

✅ Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather (heat, rain, snow, cold)

• Experience with landscaping or snow removal equipment (preferred but not required—we will train the right candidates)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
