This means we work together as a team, collaborating to problem solve, supporting one another in all that we do, and remaining current with research guiding best practices in our field.

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team of professionals providing services to our early childhood learners in Cambria County. Caseloads are deliberately kept at a manageable level of 4 - 5 day clients and 1 - 3 afternoon clients for an average caseload of 7 clients. You'll supervise between 2 - 4 RBTs, which entails two thirty-minute meetings per month. We offer the opportunity for quarterly bonuses if increased billable hours are desired.

  • Conduct new client intakes.
  • Collaborate with families and other providers (i.e. wraparound, doctors, schools, and insurance companies).
  • Promote a culture/climate of open communication, collaboration, and share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.
