Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Inpatient Women's Services / Full-time
Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Women’s Services, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.
Requirements include a graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred), active RN license in New Mexico, and relevant certifications such as BLS.
Skills needed are strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, team motivation, planning, organization, and experience working with physicians and medical staff.
Minimum of 5 years in women’s services or pediatrics and 2 years of management experience are required.
The role reports to the Chief Nurse Executive, involves working in a clean environment, and requires flexibility, communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
